Our next pick-a-fence/schooling night is on Friday, 22nd August.
Course open from 5 p.m. A great chance for some competition practice,
to bring on a young horse or just to have fun.
Phone/e-mail
to book an approximate time to suit (this also helps to give us
an idea of numbers) or just turn up on the night. If the weather
is doubtful, please phone to check before leaving home.

Our brand new ditch with palisade is jumping well so come and give
it a try.
It's
got 3 sections - 2', 2'6" and 3' and there's a smaller mini
trakener too. It's a great training fence and now you and your horse
can put your fears aside and see for yourselves.

The new arrowhead sequence is ready too. It goes up the hill and
is perfect for practicing the all important control, accuracy and
impulsion.
We've now rolled out barrels of various heights to get you up and
over and the Helsinki Steps are also now completed.
Congratulations
to all the Pony Club tetrathletes who did so well competing at the
Scottish competition over a testing course. Remember to keep up
your cross-country practice over the summer by coming to Kinnaird!
This was a great success with some fantastic running from lots
of the children. Well done to everyone who took part. Full results
are with the schools or get in touch and we can forward them to
you.
Our popular schooling nights are proving a great way of practicing
round a full course in a friendly, non-competitive environment.
Come along and see for yourself! Try out our next one on 22nd August.
Riders will be able to warm up with others there, just like a real
competition but there'll be no jump judges and no eliminations.
It will be a 'pick-a-fence' with riders free to move down or up
a height at any fence.
You
can book or just turn up on the night. If you're interested in coming
along to any of these nights e-mail lesley@kinnairdcrosscountry.co.uk
